Oh ya frickers, it’s that time of year again. HALLOWEEN MAKEUP TUTORIALS YAY. Ok, materials:
Liquid latex (Halloween store)
Foundation
Colors (body paint, eyeshadow, lipstick, whatever you have available)
Vaseline (or lip gloss or anything goopy and shiny)
1. Start out with just applying the latex. Apply it in multiple thin layers, this will build it up enough that it will be skin-ish when torn
LET IT DRY COMPLETELY IMPORTANT JUST BE PATIENT otherwise it won’t tear well
2. Use some bluish-purple color and an angled brush and make veins coming out from around the latex
3. Blend foundation (i used estee lauder double wear cuz super heavy coverage) heavily over the latex and then lightly over the veins, it will make them appear like they’re under the skin and just look more realistic in general
4. Begin tearing your cut in the shape you want. For this I actually used a crochet hook, but you can use anything that works for you. The more you tear the nastier the gash, so if you just want a small cut, use a light hand
5. Take your colors (I used a basic face paint pallet from party city) and shade in the bruising. Use yellow and green heavily underneath then layer blue, red and black on top for that bruised-infected look
6. Mix red and black with Vaseline to make congealed blood, then fill in the cut area with it, darkening it with black around the edges to make it more 3D
Finishing touches: just keep layering colors, adding Vaseline, etc till you’re satisfied. Use reference pics or anything you need till you think it’s disgusting enough You can use this tutorial for a ton of different cuts, example I made a bite mark on my wrist with essentially the same method
have fun and HAPPY HALLOWEENNNNN

Skull makeup speed video!

Okay so I don’t really have the equipment to record this well, but I got a lot of requests for a walk through of this makeup. I hope this will suffice, though honestly I just did not do as well with it in this video. It’s harder to recreate than it is to create.

Sorry for the weird lighting changes and me messing up and literally throwing brushes and putting the wrong thing on my face and yeah…this is my first time doing something like this and I know its a mess.
